We are looking for a 13" spare wheel for our 1967 13/4 (tyre size 165/80R 13 83T). The centre hole is 2.75" and the (4) stud centres are 3.25" apart adjacent to each other and 4.5" apart diagonally.........

Jane - It might be a good idea to post a picture of your wheels, as I think they were the early type with the three "Buttons" to hold the hub cap on. I think the later wheels have the same measurements as you have quoted, but they take a totally different hub cap.
