Hi everyone, just a quick introduction as I'm sure you may all have to put up with me picking your brains over the next few weeks. My new Safari remains unseen by me but is on it's way back to it's new home with my husband right now. It's a 1965 Pearman Briggs Safari. The next few months will be spent sorting paintwork, the interior and electrics - wish me luck! Zoe

Welcome to the group, Zoe and husband - you'll have to introduce him to us sometime!!
We are always pleased to help new owners who share our enthusiasm for Safaris, so bring on the questions, and let us see some pictures as well.

Hello and welcome, look forward to seeing it, dont forget to let Brian know your chassis number so he can keep a record of surviving Safari's.

Sorry it's taken me so long. Only just getting onto the restore. Serial number is 67404 - we think it's a 1967 15-4. Will post pics as soon as my iphone will send them across to this PC...
