Hi ,just found this forum ,I have had many safaris in the past but have just bought a 1970 11/2 ,the idea was just to get in and use it but after our first week away in it , we come home only to decide to restore/repare it , so now I am sitting in a almost empty shell coverd in paint , john

Do you have serial numbers for your current or past Safaris?
Let me know if you need any spares for your rebuild - i have broken a few Safaris and have a loft full of bits.

Hi , sorry but I have no numbers for my past safaris , but the 11/2 that I have just got is no 70183 as for spares all that is missing at the moment is the metal curtain runner for the large front window , thanks john
