There are instructions for servicing a Zig unit at
www.faultfinder.freeserve.co.uk/manuals.html
While these are not for the model quoted, it may be that they could help you.
I am looking for a manufacturer's contact details but so far without success.

Many thanks for your prompt reply.
The original maker of the ZIG CF6 Control Panel was of course Peter Everard Limited of Stroud but I have not been able to trace this company.
Pressumably this type of unit was also put into many other makes of caravan.
Kind regards,
David

Hi, my thanks to Brian and especially Robthechemist. As suggested I took the whole unit out whilst writing down all of the appropriate connections and went to my nearest Maplin Electronic Store. They supplied me with a Standard 100VA 12V transformer Stock Ref DH35 which came to £ 22.49 including postage. I then replaced the old transformer, put the unit back in and turned it on and - hey presto - so far so good , it now seems to be working perfectly !
One again my sincere thanks to everyone who looked at my original message for technical help and who may now know how to fix a similar problem in the future.
