After a life long interest in Classic cars, I bought my first classic caravan, a Knowsley Eros, in 2000. In 2003, I decided to upgrade to a more luxurious caravan and after looking at a Carlight and a Royale decided that a Safari was the caravan for me. I found my 1978 14-2 (Serial No 78340) in Manchester and when towing it the 250 miles home (I live in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex) I was asked by a van driver in the M6 services if it was the one that was on ebay that week. The vendor of the other one provided me with details of the purchaser and after we had exchanged emails and met up with our caravans Paul convinced me to start the MSN Group. I thought we would be lucky if we found more than 20 or so owners but in the five years of the group, we got over 270 members. Brian

Hi Brian
Welcome and congratulations to our new home.
It looks very interesting but will no doubt take some time to develop.
Will post a brief resume when I have more time.
Good Luck

Hi Brian,
Thanks for your quick work in getting this up and running. The suggested Microsoft groups replacement did not look a good option. Will post a resume later but was very quick off the mark in joining.
