On Sunday 14th July I organize a Classic Car Show at this venue. This year I am adding a 4 day Classic Caravan event as well.
Details of the Royal Gunpowder Mills are below.
For the Classic Caravan Event you can arrive anytime from midday Friday 12th but must stay for the Classic Car Event from 8.00-17.00 on the Sunday, and can leave on the Sunday evening or Monday.
There are toilets and waste disposal facilities but no showers. There is only one external electric supply so I cannot make this available to any caravan but it can be used for recharging batteries at any time during the weekend.
Entrance and pitch fees are free for two adults and car and caravan, but extra adults have to pay £6.50 and children have to pay £3.00. These are the daily admission prices and you have access to the whole site for up to 4 days!

CLASSIC VEHICLE EVENT – Sunday 14 July
Now in its 5th successful year, the 2013 event is expanded to include an eclectic mix of vintage, classic, modern, performance, American and military. The arena for the display is over 1000ft long and is surrounded by a made-up road and throughout the day there will be themed cavalcades of the vehicles. This will provide visitors with a unique spectacle of classics in motion. There is extensive hard standing around and between the buildings giving the visitor a new display every turn of a corner. Space permitting we will to give you a display space on the hard standing to help to keep your pride and joy clean and dry!
Entry to the site is free for the driver and one passenger. Additional adults will pay £6.50 and children £3.50, the entry fee giving access to the whole visitor attraction. There are extensive exhibitions including the armoury which displays over 200 historic firearms covering the periods from the English Civil War to present day.
