Hi, hope there's someone on here who can help? We have towed Georgie several times with no problems, all her lights working perfectly. She has been parked up for a year and in getting her ready for her annual trip to Silverstone we've found that the lights are no longer working properly!! She is hooked up to the car with a 7 pin connector ('N' I think) but the colours don't correspond with the colours of the wires from the lights....we get indicators working on the wrong side, then if they work on the correct side the tail lights on both side also flash....hubby has spent 4 days/nights solid trying to solve this but to no avail. PLEEEASE HELP!!

Colours should correspond but most likely either a bad earth or the plug is pushed in to the socket upside down - some cheap plugs can fit the socket either way up - guess how I found that out

I had the same problem a few years ago.
I don't know if it was a standard fitting but on mine under the front of the chassis about 3 ft back from the front wall, mine had a rubber connection box with a glass window. It was half full of water which was causing all sorts of wrong connections.
Cleaned it out, remade all the connections and filled with white grease and no problems.
This year I had the brake/indicators flashing and remade the earth from the light unit backplate down to the chassis and again problem solved.
