Steve
I would love to know why you need a fake door!
I don't know of any technical drawings of any Safari caravans but it would be great if any were found.
In my stock of Safari spares I have a square topped two piece door that is is reasonable condition except that the vents in the bottom half has been dented. It measures 21" wide by 62.5 inches high, and has a double glazed plastic top window.
Yours for £10 collected from Leigh-on-Sea Essex or I could probably get it delivered to mainland UK for £25.

I have a two berth Safari circa 1980. What should the clearance be between wheel and wheel arch as mine is no more than a couple of inches, which seems too little. Is this adjustable in anyway/ would replacing shock absorbers help? Any clues greatly appreciated Cheers

Richard Welcome to the forum
This might be better in its own thread, but on my safari the wheels are actually inside the arches if you are measuring vertically, which I guess you are as you refer to the shock absorbers. Changing these will make no difference to the height of the body above the axle, and I am afraid I don't know if the axle can be adjusted to provide more clearance.
If measuring horizontally then two inches is about right.
Any chance of a photo or two so we can assess if your does look low?
