Hi i am afraid there is no easy way of doing this , you will need a lot of paint striper and some were with plenty of ventalion when you have striped all the paint off you will need to wash it down aspirt to nutalise the striper after that you will need to take off all the ally mouldings and reseal them this is the way we did this at Safari hopes this helps and the best of luck i have done this many times when i work for Safari caravans

I think we all have our own favorite approach to this one. Mine is to sand it off with a good quality random orbital sander. then I will repair or fill any dents, as required then use an etch primer sprayed on the bare ally, followed by a filler primer this will fill any tooling marks left by the sander, and lastly spray on several coats of top coat. Over the years I have used several different types of paint, from synthetic coach paint to cellulose, and twin pack and have even sprayed dulux liquid gloss, thinned with standard thinners, depending on the quality of the finish required, and the usage of the caravan
