Hi, have a 2 berth classic safari caravan that in-laws have just left on our driveway and have no intersest in using it. They have told me to sell it on, however have absolutely no idea of what sort of price this would sell for.
fabrics/carpets in good condition, wood good, cocktail cabinet with all Safari glasses, toilet and awning.
I'm having to move so it's got to go, it would make a lovely holiday home with just a small amount of tlc.
Can anyone give me an idea of what to sell for please? Having camera trouble, but will try to get some pictures to post.

Allison
To value it we have to see some pictures and some more details.
Can you see a small sticker by the door with a serial number on it. The first two digits give the year.
Is it damp inside? Smell should tell you! Does it have double glazed plastic windows?
Whereabouts are you in the country? Might make someone come and have a look.
Some bits have a known value - £30-£50 for the set of glasses and £30-£70 for the awning

Allison, I have been looking for a Safari, and depending on where you are I may be interested. Please either let me have some details and your phone number or perhaps give me a call on 020 - 8658 8646. email: rmglamb@gmail.com

Brian, it seems not everyone looks at the Safari Forum very often, even if they have an advert in place. Is there some other way to contact an advertiser, such as direct email or phone number please?
It might be that Allison has the caravan I want, and we would both be happy about that!

I'm not sure what's going on here; Allison posts a message on 7 July 2011 for a Safari 14/2, I reply immediately, no response from Allison, not even to a private email either then or a month later. Either she has the Safari 14/2 or she does not. I give up.
