Hello everyone, I got a 1967 13/2 from my neighbour who bought it from new! Lots of old membership booklets from the Safari Owner's Club, etc. It needs quite a bit of work: www.dannemann.org.uk/safari/Any tips and advice are greatly appreciated. If anyone can point me towards a bellow for the B&B Beta 4 coupling (2" opening both sides), I would be very grateful! Christian

Hi Christian and welcome to the group. It seems there are a lot of Safari owners doing much more complicated restorations than I have seen in previous years. Please take loads of pictures as the work proceeds as they are a great help to other restorers. If anyone can point me towards a bellow for the B&B Beta 4 coupling (2" opening both sides), I would be very grateful! Christian I got mine from a local caravan and camping shop for about £4. It has just split after 7 years so it is on my list of winter jobs.

Can you let me know where you got yours? Thanks, Christian

Christian I got my bellows from: www.campingandleisure.co.uk/index.htmlMy hitch mechanism looks to be the same as yours, and have just checked and the bellows seem to have a 2 inch hole at each end. They re very helpful and I am sure if you phoned them, they would measure it for you. If they don't do mail order, let me know and I could pick one up for you when I get my replacement one.

This is the same as my 13/2 but just one year saw a few cosmetic changes, front panel, roof and wall coverings etc. Its good to see how it should look inside, my kitchen has be altered and not much left of the original cupboards.
Keep the photos and info coming, might just get me off my butt to get mine done!
