Hi All
I am selling our beloved 12/2 which we have owned for 4 & a half years.
Now that our Son is 3 years old we cannot get as many short surf trips
down to Devon as we would like as setting up the awning late Friday night
to take down again on Sunday makes hard work of a short trip & less time
for Beers.
She is a lovely van who deserves to go to a new owner who will perhaps give her
the tender loving care that would keep her fighting fit for years to come rather
than just flogging her on Ebay straight away.
All lights & running gear are working.
Gas hob & grill are in good working order, oven had been removed before we owned
her & we use a microwave in its place which we could leave in for the right price,
water heater had been disconnected also which I have removed to create more wardrobe space.
Fridge works off electric, have never tried gas but believe is diconnected
New water pump to cold water in kitchen only (saves folding sink up & down in toilet.)
Thetford porta-potty included in sale along with water containers both waste & Fresh.
4 Small lantern windows above seating/sleeping area depending on how heavy the rain is
and which direction the wind is blowing have been known to have a drop of water around them.
In real bad weather we have placed a piece of kitchen towel or two in them to take care of
this & always keep her covered when not in use always planned to get new rubbers for these and
re-seal the whole van but that is really a job for somebody that has more time than I do,
somewhere to do the work and more restoration knowhow than myself.
Having said that, there is no reason that she cant be enjoyed as we have for many trips
with her little kwirks.
Complete original awning plus instructions, paperwork etc.
Battery has never held a charge, don't know if this is due to charger not working or battery
needing replacing we always stay on pitches with electric supply (cable included) and the electrics all work.
I am hoping to get £600 for her having seen other prices of vans similar but sensible offers for logical reasons
will be considered.
